Do you have Security?
Yes, we do.We have 24 hour recorded CCTV coverage. Your storage unit is only accessible by you.
Are your units air conditioned?
No, warehouses are insulated.
When can I access my unit?
Warehouses are open from 9am to 6pm Saturday to Thursday. If access outside these hours is required, you can obtain a key for the warehouse by entering into a key agreement.
What size units do you offer?
Our units vary from 50 to 950sq foot.
Can I store my motor car?
No, this should be done with a specialist company
Can the unit be registered as a primary place of business?
No. You must have a registered office with the municipality as your primary place of business.
Can we use the unit as a workshop?
No. We are not licensed to allow such activities.
Do you have electricity points available in your units?
No. We do not. There is lighting for night moves, however.
Do we need to supply our own padlock?
Yes, and only you will have the keys.
What documents are required?
Copy of visa, passport and Emirates ID. For companies, copy of trade license is also required.
How do I pay?
Payment can be done by cash or direct deposit. Postdated cheques are accepted for long term contracts.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A one (1) month refundable deposit is required in advance.
Do you offer packing and moving services?
Yes, we can. We work with a reputed company who we can put you in touch with.
Do you offer a forklift?
No, these can be hired if required.
